are if you are a first time homebuyer or haven't owned a home
in a while you have very little money to put down on a home.
Most loans have at least a 3% down payment requirement not
counting closing costs. Down payment assistance programs will
assist you with your required down payment and cover most
closing costs.
Titan Mortgage Works has many down payment assistance programs available
to help you get into a home with no money down. These programs
vary depending on the location of the state you are moving
to. For example, if you are buying in Austin you might be
eligible for $10,000 interest free assistance from the city
of Austin. Many other cities in Texas have similar programs.
Most mortgage lenders however avoid letting you know about
these great programs because they require more time and effort
from the lender. However, we feel these programs are very
beneficial, especially to first time homebuyers, so we are
glad to spend the extra time and effort in making these programs
